What is Vertigo?

Vertigo is the sensation that you or your surroundings are spinning, tilting, or swaying when no actual movement is occurring. It is often caused by an issue within the inner ear (the vestibular system) or the signals sent from the ear to the brain.

While it can be frightening, most causes of vertigo are highly treatable without surgery or long-term medication. Your doctor will rule out other causes of vertigo before referring to us.

We Treat BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)

Our team at CARE Institute is trained to treat BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo): Caused by tiny calcium crystals shifting into the wrong part of the inner ear. This usually causes brief, intense spinning when you turn your head or lie down.

Our Vertigo Treatment Process

We use a science-based approach called Vestibular Rehabilitation to retrain your brain and body.
