Your care is directed by your primary clinician, who manages your overall treatment plan and provides clinical care according to your changing needs. Our clinicians work in tandem with dedicated assistants to deliver your daily care. Our reception team anchors this process by assisting with administrative details, insurance, and scheduling so you can focus entirely on your progress.

Navigating Complex Claims

Managing a motor vehicle accident (MVA) or workplace injury (WSIB) claim can involve complex paperwork. Since 2008, our team has assisted patients with their documentation and reporting requirements. While patients remain responsible for initiating their claim requirements, we can provide support with the ongoing paperwork and communication with insurance providers and employers to help the process move forward.

Facilities & Technology

Our clinics are equipped with a wide range of therapeutic equipment and modalities to assist in every stage of recovery. Depending on the location you visit, we provide modalities such as shockwave therapy and spinal decompression, as well as a heated hydrotherapy pool at our Downtown Windsor clinic. Having access to these varied tools alongside traditional manual therapy allows our clinicians to select the most appropriate options for your specific physical condition.
