Praveen Oommen

Praveen Oommen is a Clinical Director at the CARE Institute and a highly experienced Physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical practice. Praveen earned his Master's degree in Physiotherapy from Dr. M.G.R Medical University in India, beginning a journey that has provided him with extensive academic and clinical experience across Bangalore, Calgary, and now Windsor.

Praveen focuses on manual therapy for patients who suffer from chronic headaches and complex spinal problems, particularly those resulting from workplace or motor vehicle accidents. He is committed to providing high quality care and holds extensive training in advanced Manual Therapy and the McKenzie technique. Praveen is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals, actively serving in a clinical supervisory role for both nurse practitioners and physiotherapy students.

Praveen consistently seeks to advance his expertise and has additional training in manual therapy from Andrews University, Michigan, in manipulative physiotherapy. His passion lies in delivering high-level treatment to help his patients achieve lasting relief and restore function.
